1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Li2CV.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Li2CV is a service that converts LinkedIn profiles into professional CV/resume documents in PDF format. The Service allows users to generate CVs from LinkedIn profile URLs.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Credits and Usage

  • Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit
  • You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any LinkedIn profile data you submit
  • We do not claim ownership of the CVs generated through our Service

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate CVs for profiles you do not have permission to use

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Li2CV
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
  • All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LI2CV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Li2CV from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
